ORDERING

Check with our sales associates about products and price changes when ordering. Sometimes it becomes necessary to change the price or design of a product. Therefore, we reserve the right to change prices, substitute, or discontinue an item without notice.


PAYMENT

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards for phone or mail order. Include your complete card number and expiration date. We also accept checks and money orders (US funds). Personal checks may delay your order. C.O.D. orders are shipped CASH ONLY on delivery. A 25% deposit is required for C.O.D. orders over $300.00. Sorry, no C.O.D. on special orders, or orders outside of the U.S.A. There is an additional $7.00 C.O.D. charge.


SHIPMENT

Most orders are shipped via U.P.S. Furnish a complete address and phone number. U.P.S. will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.00. If a package is refused you will be charged a 15% handling charge plus freight.
Items too large to ship U.P.S. will be shipped by truck. All items shipped by truck must be prepaid. Trucking companies will collect shipping charges only. Alaska and New York must prepay shipping.
Any orders shipped outside of the U.S. must be paid in full before shipping.


DAMAGED FREIGHT

Inspect merchandise immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Should you detect any damage which may have occurred in shipping, make sure the delivery person notes it. The carrier is responsible for damaged freight; make all claims to the carrier.


SPECIAL ORDERS

Please contact us for a quotation on special orders. Advance payment is required prior to actual manufacture or order. In the event of cancellation, payments cannot be refunded. No special orders will be accepted for return unless the fault was in the manufacturing.


PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We reserve the right to change the design or look of any product, at any time, without prior notice.


GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY

Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product found to be defective. California Custom Roadsters will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. Our liability will end with the repair of the part, if found to be defective.


RETURNS

You will be very pleased with the quality of merchandise you purchase from CCR, but if you need to return something you must call in advance. Credit will be issued on all returns and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS, only shop credit. No returns after 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and shipping must be prepaid or it will be refused. No returns on electrical or special orders.


FRAME AND CHASSIS ORDERS

Frames and chassis are built for each customer and are considered special orders. A 50% deposit is required before manufacture will begin. Order must be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup. No returns on chassis orders. Cancelled orders cannot be refunded or credited. Frames and chassis must be shipped by truck.
